Chest-rig harness prototype UTC-L

Suitable for micro rigs and placards, this harness use 4-point attachment instead of 6-point.

So there are two straps. One from front left to rear right is short, another from front right to rear left is long.

On the excessive end of short strap sits a tri-glide. Excessive end of long strap connects here. So no need in (not so) complicated adapter, as I considered in concept post.
